Why 'Follow Your Passion' Might Be the Wrong Answer

Hi Reader,

How often have we heard this? "Just follow your passion and it'll all work out."

How often has that worked out for you? Maybe sometimes. Probably not often. Turns out, there's a surprising reason why not.

I wrote all about it this week in How to Start Dreaming Again: Why Midlife is the Perfect Time.

Maybe you're more familiar with this phrase: "Just think back to what you loved when you were 22. That's your answer."

Guess what? It probably isn't. There's another surprising reason why this isn't the answer, either.

If you want to know what is, head on over to this week's blog.

Here's a question for you . . .

Are you a grown up 20-year-old version of you? Are you someone completely different? Or, are you some fusion of the two you's? Does it matter?

Thanks so much for being here. It means a lot to the grown up version of me.
