Hi Reader,
I've probably been in a hurry ππ½ββοΈ my whole life. Why? No idea.
But anyone who knows me, knows this about me. I want to do it, get there, finish it. Is it a good thing? Honestly, I've quit judging it; it's just how I am.
But as I was writing this week's post on the power beneath the slow 'bloom' of perennials, I did take a breath.
If we can plant something and know it's doing its thing beneath the soil and accept it, why do we question ourselves when our own growth is slow?
Maybe not all growth is meant to be quick, or obvious. And maybe that's not a bad thing.
If youβve been wondering whether something (or someone!) youβre investing in is worth the effort, this one may really speak to you.

Take a Breath . . .
Think for a moment about roots you've put down in some area of your life. Or one thing you've stayed with.
Not because it's exciting but because it matters. A habit, a relationship, a way of caring for yourself.
This is growth, maybe more than you realize.
